Terms of Service

1. Service

Crimson Hosting provides Minecraft game server hosting on a subscription basis at $1 per GB of RAM per month. Services include server provisioning, game panel access, and support as described on our website.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for illegal activity, DDoS attacks, malware distribution, harassment, or content that violates Mojang's Minecraft Usage Guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend servers that violate these terms.

3. Billing & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Failure to pay may result in server suspension. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

All payments for hosting services are for access to game server resources. Charges are not charitable contributions unless explicitly labeled as a donation on our website or checkout flow.

4. Donations

Any voluntary payment, tip, gift, or contribution labeled or processed as a donation to Crimson Hosting is final and non-refundable, to the fullest extent permitted by law. By making a donation, you acknowledge that:

• Donations are voluntary and not required to use our hosting services.
• Donations do not purchase hosting time, server resources, or guaranteed support unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.
• Donations will not be refunded for any reason, including change of mind, duplicate payment, or dissatisfaction.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes on donations may result in account suspension and denial of future service.

5. Refunds (Hosting Services)

Refund eligibility for paid server hosting is governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: first-time hosting purchases may qualify for a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase. After that period, hosting fees are non-refundable.

6. Uptime

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible.

7. Data

You are responsible for your server data. We provide backup slots as part of your plan; you should maintain your own backups for critical worlds.

8. Limitation of Liability

Crimson Hosting is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or downtime beyond fees paid for the affected billing period.
