If you are not satisfied with Crimson Hosting within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund. This applies to first-time customers only.

Renewals

Monthly renewals are generally non-refundable. Cancel anytime to avoid future charges — your server remains active until the end of the paid period.

How to request

Open a ticket on Discord or email support@crimsonhost.com with your account email and reason. Refunds are processed through Stripe within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied for violations of our Terms of Service or abuse of the refund policy.
